In my last position as the Global Web Content Manager for HP's Notebook PC's Customer Support Business, I was responsible for ensuring HP provided accurate, timely and consistent information to their global customer base, constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction. I ensured that thousands of 'pieces' of data, travelling daily through HP's many CMS systems, arrived at the right place at the right time, in the right language to support our customers varied needs.

I can provide consulting and technical services to help you maintain your CMS, migrate to a new platform or help keep your content current using your corporate 'Style' and 'Voice' templates.
