The Content Management Process:

1.  Initial Contact - When you make initial contact, we'll discuss the current issues with your web pages, improvements you envision and when you need them published.  I'll request any draft content you currently have available to drive changes. We'll discuss your company 'Voice' and 'Style' and revise content so the message flows consistently.

2. Agreement – I'll provide a Statement of Work describing the terms of our working relationship, deliverables, timetables, fees, and payment schedule. I quote project-based fees for well-defined projects, or per-hour rates for open-ended contract engagements.

3. Work – I'll request remote secure access to your website development area. Our team will make recommended changes to a 'working' copy of your web pages according to your direction and draft materials provided.

4. Review – We'll review the 'working' copy of your web pages with all parties involved.  I will ask you to indicate any necessary revisions in writing and return it to me within a specified time frame. 

5. Final Website – After making any requested revisions and edits, we'll agree that the web pages are as requested and will make arrangements to publish them live to your hosting web server.

6.  On-going Website Maintenance – Working together, we will define new conent to be updated to your site on the periodic basis that meets your company needs. I can work with your website host to provide on-going maintenance and content updates to your existing site. My computers have the latest security software installed so you can feel safe that no unwanted viruses will be introduced on your system. I will quote you an on-going maintenance fee based upon the complexity of your data and timeframe to refresh your content.
